The Black Dog Institute has developed a professional development program for psychologists providing an opportunity to identify current controversies in the diagnosis and treatment of mood disorders and to explore creative ways of managing depressive episodes and preventing relapse.
The Institute’s program for psychologists has been restructured to allow clinicians to choose their own level of training depending on experience and interest. The current program includes:
All lectures and workshops have been accredited by the Australian Psychological Society and have been allocated Professional Development Generalist or Specialist Points for members of the Clinical, Community & Counselling Colleges.

Workshop fees include all registration costs, courseware (including texts where applicable), catering and refreshments. Participants will also receive a Certificate of Completion.
All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Payment of the registration fee may be either by credit card (no Amex), cheque or money order.
Cash is not be accepted.

Made payable to 'Black Dog Institute'
Forwarded to the 'Finance Officer', Black Dog Institute, Hospital Road, Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick 2031.
Registration cancellations will only be accepted in writing, either via email or post. Cancellations must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled workshop. Registrants will be offered three options:
Cancellations received less than five (5) working days prior to the scheduled program will not be refunded unless extraordinary circumstances arise.
