Individual course descriptions detail the learning objectives and the accreditation levels for each workshop.

Completion of the full program qualifies GPs to register with GPMHSC as providers of FPS (formerly Level 2 initial).
Forums are occasionally offered on specific special interest topics, such as perinatal mood disorders. These are presented by an expert on the topic and chaired by a GP and held at the Institute in Randwick. Information on upcoming forums will be posted on our COURSE DATES & REGISTRATION page.
GPs and GP registrars now have an opportunity to sit in on patient consultations. Participating GPs are exposed to the way in which the Institute’s consultant psychiatrists utilise a sub-typing model of depression, to assess and manage the depressive and bipolar disorders, particularly treatment resistant conditions.
