To register to attend a Program, click on the ‘Register online here’ link against the session. When you register online you will automatically be emailed with a tax invoice/receipt. A reconfirmation email will be sent approximately seven days prior to the scheduled program. Workshops without sufficient registrations may be cancelled. See our cancellation policy.

Payment Policy

Payment of the registration fee may be either by credit card (Mastercard or Visa only), cheque or money order.

If you wish to register online, please note only credit card payments will be accepted. If you would like to pay by cheque, please email education@blackdog.org.au to obtain a cheque registration form. Please note, payment must be received in full before your registration is confirmed. Your registration is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation email from the Black Dog Institute.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations will only be accepted in writing via email. Cancellations must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled workshop. Registrants will be offered three options:

• Book into another scheduled program. Please refer to the Calendar to see the options.
• Transfer the registration to another person (organisers must be notified in writing by email), or
• Receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations received less than five (5) working days prior to the scheduled program will not be refunded.

Please note: Where the course is cancelled by the Black Dog Institute due to low registration numbers, participants will be offered an alternate date or a full refund.
