The Black Dog Institute has been acknowledged in State Parliament for creating a growing awareness of mental health issues.

Minister Assisting the Minister for Health (Mental Health), Paul Lynch, was speaking during question time when he said there had been a sea change in the community's views about mental illness and those who suffer from it. Earlier in the day, Mr Lynch had presented awards to the winners of the Institute's Writing and Poetry Competition....
