Fathers

Men also experience the pregnancy of their partners and the birth of a new baby as a stressful time period filled with new challenges and adjustment to routines. These can lead to anxiety and depression for men in just the same way that it happens for some women and the information on this website is relevant for men as well as for women. If you have any concerns your doctor will be able to assist you in obtaining appropriate help.
