Entrants in this competition were required to submit a short clip showing us how they get up and get moving to improve their mood. We were looking for loads of fun, loads of energy and something that to make us smile.

The winner was Stewart Bishop who won an Apple iPad (32GB with Wi-Fi) valued at $759.

"My video is a about a small dog named Buddy, who wakes up in a bad mood. For him it seems like nothing is going right, until he uses simple odds and ends to devise an ingenious exercise routine. It helps him cheer up and he can go back to his home cheerful and feeling refreshed. The same often goes for us. Exercise can help us cheer up and look on the bright side of things, and is an excellent way to help our own mental health improve. When I go walking, for instance, I can often think up my best ideas for writing, software, animation and other things I enjoy doing. I made this film by myself as a stop-motion animation, created by using individual photos and playing them at high speed. It seemed to me to be a great way to represent the benefits of exercise."
