Seeking Nominations for SKILLFUL AND CARING GPs AND PSYCHOLOGISTS in Sydney
If you live in the Greater Sydney region and have had your depression or bipolar disorder managed particularly well by a GP or psychologist who you found to be both SKILLFUL and CARING, you can nominate them here.
By SKILLFUL we mean: good at diagnosing and explaining depression and/or bipolar disorder, as well as providing the 'right' treatment for your particular condition.
By CARING we mean: warm, empathic, and attentive (i.e. returning phone calls, responding to any drug or other treatment concerns).
The results will be published in an online Black Dog Institute Patient-Recommended GP & Psychologist Directory which will help other people who are seeking a good mental health professional to manage their mood disorder.
You can nominate your GP, your psychologist or both. The Black Dog Institute will contact them to approve the nomination and inclusion in the online directory.
Your identity will remain anonymous, you are not required to give your name or contact details.
