Our Resource Centre is open from 9.30 am - 5.00 pm weekdays to all members of the public who are interested in accessing quality information about mood disorders.
Wherever possible, please contact us before your visit so we can make sure a member of staff is on hand to help you when you arrive. Contact details are below.
We have a large range of resources available that can be browsed on-site or borrowed including books on depression, bipolar disorder, CBT & self-help strategies, videos, DVDs, CDs and audio tapes.
We have a lending library scheme that allows you to borrow books and other resources from the Resource Centre. Membership to join the Resource Centre is free. However, we request anyone who would like to borrow our resources to register with us. Proof of ID is required upon joining.
We can also post resources out to you if it is difficult for you to visit us.
Our lending period is 3 weeks or 4 weeks if posted, and a maximum of 4 items can be borrowed at any one time (2 items if posted). We do not have an out-of-hours return facility so if you are returning the books in person, please make an appointment before you come.
