We are running a research study to evaluate an 8-session Wellbeing Group Program for people recently diagnosed with bipolar II disorder.
The program aims to enhance long-term wellbeing by providing education about bipolar II disorder, improving early identification of triggers and warning signs and developing strategies to better manage episodes.
We are looking for people who:Have been diagnosed with bipolar II disorder in the past 18 months
Are aged between 20 and 70 years
Are able to attend 8 group sessions at the Black Dog Institute in Randwick, NSW
Are fluent and literate in English.
