Our community education presentation, Breaking Down Depression, aims to reduce the stigma around mental illness and increase help seeking within communities across Australia.
Breaking Down Depression is delivered by a Black Dog volunteer who has lived experience of mental illness. The presentation is free and aims to increase mental health literacy, reduce stigma and promote help-seeking.

Suitable for members of the general public (over the age of 18). Our volunteers have delivered this presentation in libraries, Rotary and Lions Clubs, at universities to university students, and in sports clubs.
Presentations are free. Some costs may apply to cover volunteer travel and donations are appreciated.
