Mental Fitness covers the benefits of staying mentally fit in an effort to build resilience in young people. This webinar is delivered by a Black Dog Institute Presenter alongside a Sydney Swans Black Dog Ambassador. It is suitable for high school aged students and covers practical positive psychology strategies.
