Creating Mentally Healthy Workplaces across NSW
In partnership with the NSW Government, we are providing free mental health training to eligible workers across NSW.
Did you know that mental illness is the leading cause of sickness absence and long-term work incapacity in Australia, equating to up to $12 billion lost to Australian businesses each year?
With 1 in 6 Australian workers experiencing mental ill-health in any year, it's very likely one or more of your workmates is struggling right now.
A mentally healthy workplace is achievable for all organisations, but requires a genuine, continuous commitment across all levels of the workplace.
Black Dog Institute with the support of the NSW Government are offering Mental Health Training for Managers and Mental Health Skills Training for Workers to help improve resilience and wellbeing in the workplace. The free training sessions are delivered by experienced clinical psychologists.
